摘 要:实证研究表明师德水平的高低对学生的学业促进有不同的影响:师德水平高的老师更能促进学生的学业提升。同时,师德水平的差异也成为教师综合能力差异的重要因素:师德水平高的老师在学生评价的各方面都更受学生认可,带给学生更好的学习体验。因此,加强师德建设已成为事关高等教育事业健康发展的关键因素和紧迫任务,更是提高高校人才培养质量的前提要素。Empirical studies show that teachers’morality level has different effects on students’academic promotion: teacher with high morality level is more likely to help students improve their academic promotion. Meanwhile, the difference in teachers’morality becomes an important factor in the difference of teachers’comprehensive abilities: teacher with higher morality level is more recognized by students in all aspects of teaching evaluation and brings them better learning experience. Therefore, to strengthen the construction of teachers’morality has become a key factor and an urgent task in promoting the healthy development of higher education, and is also a prerequisite in improving the talent training quality in colleges and universities.
