摘　　要：本文首先分析了民办高校广播电视编导专业实践教学现状,并总结了广播电视编导专业实践教学模式创新的基本原则。进而针对具体教学问题,结合创新原则,分别从以项目驱动开展实践教学、推行开放性的实验室教学、建立完善的实践教学制度、打造校媒结合的实训平台等方面,提出了民办高校广播电视编导专业实践教学模式创新的有效路径。以期能够在工匠精神的指引下,转变广播电视编导专业实践教学理念和方法,提高学生的实践技能,为传媒行业培养更多优秀人才。This paper first analyses the current situation of practical teaching of radio and television director specialty in private colleges and universities, and summarizes the basic principles of innovation of practical teaching mode of radio and television director specialty. Then, aiming at specific teaching problems and combining with the principle of innovation, this paper puts forward effective ways to innovate the practical teaching mode of radio and television director specialty in private colleges from the aspects of project-driven practical teaching, open laboratory teaching, establishing a perfect practical teaching system, and building a training platform with the combination of school and media. It is hoped that under the guidance of craftsman spirit, the concept and method of practical teaching of radio and television director specialty can be changed, students’ practical skills can be improved, and more excellent talents can be trained for the media industry.
