摘　　要：亚麻籽具有很高的营养价值和生理保健功能,是一种经济效益和社会效益较高的健康食品配料,可以广泛应用于保健食品、焙烤食品、乳制品、冷饮食品、谷物早餐食品、传统面制品等所有食品行业。Flaxseed has high nutritional value and good physiological health function,is a healthy food ingredient and additive with high economic benefits and social benefits,which can be widely applied to all food industries,such as health food,bakery products,dairy products,cold drink food,breakfast cereals,traditional flour products,and etc.
