急诊科护士工作家庭冲突现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨急诊科护士工作家庭冲突现状并分析其影响因素,为护理管理者制定干预措施提供依据。方法采用整群抽样法,2018年6—12月,选取吉林省5所三级甲等医院的急诊科护士137名为研究对象。采用护士一般资料调查表、工作家庭冲突量表对其进行调查。结果137名急诊护士工作家庭冲突量表总分为(55.67±8.06)分,工作家庭冲突各维度得分高于家庭工作冲突,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,性别、婚姻情况、生育情况、每月夜班频次是急诊护士工作家庭冲突的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论急诊护士工作家庭冲突情况不容乐观,工作家庭冲突大于家庭工作冲突,护理管理者应对这一问题给予足够的重视,多关心护士的家庭情况,以减轻护士的工作家庭冲突。Objective To explore the status quo of work-family conflicts among nurses in Emergency Departments and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide basis for nursing managers to formulate intervention measures. Methods A cluster sampling method was used, from June 2018 to December 2018, a total of 137 Emergency nurses from 5 Class Ⅲ Grade A hospitals in Jilin Province were selected as the research objects in this study. Nurses' General Information Questionnaire and Work-family Conflict Scale were used to investigate them. Results The total score of Work-Family Conflict Scale of 137 emergency nurses was (55.67±8.06). The scores of each dimension of work-family conflict were higher than that of family-work conflict, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that gender, marital status, fertility and frequency of night shift per month were the influencing factors of work-family conflict among emergency nurses (P<0.05). Conclusions The work-family conflict of emergency nurses is not optimistic. The work-family conflict is greater than the family-work conflict. Nursing managers should pay enough attention to this problem and pay more attention to the family situation of nurses in order to alleviate the work-family conflict of nurses.
