摘  要:目的探讨以问题为基础的学习(PBL)结合循证医学(EBM)模式在耳鼻喉科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选择2015级南通大学教学班的40名临床医学专业5年制本科生为研究对象,随机将其分为试验组(PBL+EBM)和对照组(PBL),每组20名。通过书面理论测试和临床考核进行学习效果的评估,采取问卷调查的形式对学生的临床能力进行评价。结果两组的不同题型得分及总成绩比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组的诊疗方案制订成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组各方面能力提高程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL结合EBM模式有利于培养医学生在耳鼻喉科学学习中的EBM思维,提高学生临床分析、解决问题的能力。Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning (PBL) combined with evidence-based medicine (EBM) in clinical teaching of otolaryngology department. Methods A total of 40 5-year undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine of class 2015 in Nantong University were selected and randomly divided into experimental group (PBL+ EBM) and control group (PBL), with 20 students in each group. The learning effects were evaluated through writting theory test and clinical examination, and the students' clinical ability were evaluated by questionnaire survey. Results There were no significant difference in scores of different types of questions and total score between the two groups (P>0.05). The achievement of making diagnosis and treatment plan in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The improvement degree of ability in all aspects in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion PBL combined with EBM model is conducive to cultivating EBM thinking in otolaryngology learning of medical students, and improving students' ability of clinical analysis and problem-solving.
