摘  要:工商企业管理专业作为一门应用广泛的专业学科,由此而拓展出来的营销师、会计师、人力资源师、项目经理等职位将成为未来企业人才竞争的焦点。企业对工商企业管理专业方面人才需求越发强劲。作为培养综合性人才的高职院校工商企业管理专业,需要借助通识教育的力量,培养综合能力强且能适应社会发展变化的人才,但就目前而言,通识教育在高职院校的教育教学、人才培养的过程中并未得到充分的重视。通识教育的实施还存在一些误区,如通识教育被当作专业教育的补充和附属;通识教育的开展重数量、轻质量;通识教育缺乏整体的规划,导致结构失衡等现象。故研究针对以上问题设计问卷,有针对性地调查通识教育的教学效果及反馈情况,以期获得恰当的解决方案。Business administration is a widely used professional discipline,and the positions of marketers,accountants,human resource managers and project managers will become the focus of talent competition in future enterprises.Enterprises need more and more talents in business management specialty.As the major of business enterprise management in Higher Vocational colleges,it needs to use the strength of general education to cultivate talents with strong comprehensive ability and adaptability to social development and change.But at present,general education has not been given sufficient attention in the process of education,teaching and personnel training in Higher Vocational colleges.There are still some misunderstandings in the implementation of general education,such as:general education as a supplement and subsidiary of professional education;general education pays more attention to quantity than quality;general education lacks overall planning,leading to structural imbalance and other phenomena.Therefore,this study designed questionnaires to investigate the teaching effect and feedback of general education in order to obtain appropriate solutions.
