摘  要:基于布迪厄的场域—惯习理论,从社会学角度出发,运用大学生体育自主学习量表的4个维度:学习动机、学习过程、学习结果、学习环境,考察福建省普通高校大学生的体育自主学习能力,从个人基本情况、体育自主学习惯习、体育自主学习场域等3个因素进行分析,发现场域、惯习因素与大学生体育自主学习能力呈显著正相关,从惯习、场域特别是软件场域方面进行改善,可以有效提高大学生体育自主学习能力.Based on Bourdieu’s habitus-field theory and from a sociological point of view, this study analyzes the four dimensions of the College Students’ Sports Autonomous Learning Scale:learning motivation, learning process, learning outcomes and learning environment to investigate the sports autonomous learning ability of college students in Fujian. Through the analysis of the influence factors of the habitus of self-regulated learning and the field of self-regulated learning in physical education, it is found that field and habitus factors are positively correlated with the ability of self-regulated learning. The improvement of field and habitus, especially software field can effectively develop the ability of self-regulated learning in physical education of college students.
