摘　　要：新时代下,新医改方案的实施愈发彰显医学职业精神的重要性,对医务人员的职业精神提出了更新更高的要求。基于素质冰山模型,构建医务人员职业精神的激励机制,整合激励因素,优化激励结构,从文化引领、技术支撑和制度规范的三维角度,培育医务人员的职业精神,从而推动激励机制的有效性和长效化进程。In the new era,the implementation of new medical reform program increasingly highlights the importance of medical professionalism,which puts forward higher requirements for the renewal of medical staff’s professionalism.Based on the iceberg model of quality,this paper constructs the incentive mechanism of medical staff’s professional spirit,integrates the incentive factors,optimizes the incentive structure,cultivates medical staff’s professional spirit from the three-dimensional perspective of cultural guidance,technical support and system norms,so as to promote the effectiveness of the incentive mechanism and the long-term process.
