摘 要:由于袋装奶粉属于软包装,具有形状不固定、包装不能受力等特点,针对这一情况设计了以直角坐标机器人为核心,辅以整列、纸箱输送等功能的系统方案。首先,根据需求和工艺设计了装箱机的布局;然后使用虚拟样机技术详细设计了各个功能模块;最后基于西门子SIMOTION开发了装箱机的控制系统。现场调试实现了设计功能,达到了预期效果。Bagged milk powder belongs to soft packaging,which has the characteristics of irregular shape,non-force-bearing packaging. With respect to this situation,a system scheme with Cartesian coordinate robot as the core supplemented by the functions of alignment,carton conveying,etc.First,the layout of the boxing machine was designed according to the demand and process. Then each functional module was designed in detail using the virtual prototyping technology.Finally,the control system of the boxing machine was developed based on Siemens SIMOTION.The design function was achieved through field debugging and the expected effect was attained.
