摘　　要：拥有核心能力是科研工作保持长期竞争优势的源泉 ,积累、保持、运用核心能力是学校科技工作长期根本性的战略。通过对高校科研工作中如何培养核心能力的研究 ,本文从确定长远发展战略 ,树立科研管理新观念 ,建立自学机制 ,加强创新 ,开发人才资源 ,形成共同信念等六个方面 。Owning the core competence is a headspring of keeping advantage in competition in scientific research work. Accumulating, preserving, exercising core competence is a perennial radical stratagem. Through studying how to cultivate the core competence of scientific research in the university, we give opinion and advice on cultivating core competence from confirming strategy of long-term development, introducing new conception of scientific research management; establishing self-learning mechanism; strengthening innovation; exploiting talent resources and forming common faith six aspects.
