摘　　要：设0<ε<1/（6log10）,x为模k的实原特征且k大于e1/ε.则除去至多一个可能的例外特征外,均有这改进了Hoffstein等人的结果.The main objective of this paper is to arrive at a result somewhat stronger than Hoff-stein's, i.e. let positive constant ε < (6log10)-1, x be a real primitive character modulo k such that k > e1/ε. Then with at most one exception the following holds:
