摘　　要：阐述了在知识经济时代培养创新型教师的必要性和紧迫性 ,针对教师队伍存在的问题 ,提出创新型教师必须具备的能力和素质 ,并从我国教育改革的实际出发 。This paper presents the necessity and urgency of cultivation of the creative teachers in the knowledge\|based economy age.According to the existing problems in the teaching staff,the authors also put forward the basic abilities and qualities that creative teachers should have.And from the reality of the education reform of our country,the authors explore the basic ways for the training of creative teachers.
