校企合作发展远程继续教育

摘　　要：文章以大庆油田为例,通过列举一些校企合作开展继续教育的模式,提出了一种新的模式,即发展远程继续教育。这种远程继续教育的模式能解决大企业中目前存在的培训速度落后于科学技术发展的速度的矛盾,适应现代企业继续教育的要求。Through some patterns of the cooperation between schools and companies to develop further education in Daqi Oilfield enumerated in this paper,a new pattern has been brought out. That is the long-ranged and further education. The new pattern can solve the problem of the training speed lagging behind the development of science and technology existing in the current companies. And it can meet the needs of the further education of modern enterprises.
