摘　　要：本文从应用型本科的内涵、特点及能源动力类专业的人才标准入手,针对目前应用型本科院校能源动力类专业在人才培养方面,学生在学习、就业方面存在的问题进行分析,从而在课程体系改革、教师队伍建设、实践教学改革等方面提出了改善的途径和措施,为应用型本科能源动力类专业的建设和发展提供参考。Starting from the connotation and characteristics of applied undergraduate,and talent standards of energy-oriented majors,the talent development problems and the students'studies and employment problems are analyzed.The improvement ways and measures in the reform of the curriculum system,the building of teachers,and the reform of practical teaching are proposed,so as to provide reference for the construction and development of energy power majors for applied undergraduate.
