采用渐进式深化校企合作方式培养计算机专业应用型人才

摘　　要：紧密结合当地经济社会发展的实际需要,以培养计算机本科工程应用型人才为目标叫依托国家、自治区相关校企合作政策,申请产学合作协同育人、新工科研究与实践、十三五规划等项目,建立校企协同育人新机制,改革和创新人才培养模式.在改革实践过程中,通过各种形式的合作:“3+1实训”、专业共建和学院共建,校企双方深化了校企合作、协同育人机制.另外,通过校地企合作开展专业技能大赛,为双创教育搭建平台,逐步形成了“渐进式深化校企合作,培养计算机类专业应用型人才”的体制与机制.该成果经过近10年的努力,取得了丰硕的教改成果.该成果在校内校外进行了推广与应用,为探索和践行应用型工程人才培养提供了行之有效的方法和途径,获得了各界好评.Based on the actual needs of local economic and social development,aiming at training engineering application-oriented talents for computer undergraduates,relying on the relevant school-enterprise cooperation policies of the state and autonomous region,this paper applies for such projects as industry-university cooperation,cooperative education,new research and practice,and the 13 th Five-Year Plan. The goal was to establish a new mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation in educating talents,and to reform and innovate the training mode of talents. In the process of reform and practice,through various forms of cooperation: "3 + 1 training",professional co-construction and college co-construction,both sides deepened the school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education mechanism. In addition,the system and mechanism of "deepening school-enterprise cooperation step by step and training applied talents of computer specialty" have been gradually formed through the cooperation of school,land and enterprise to carry out professional skill contests and build a platform for double-creation education. After nearly10 years of effort,fruitful results in teaching reform have been achieved. This has been popularized and applied both inside and outside the school. It provides an effective method for exploring and practicing the training of Applied Engineering talents,and has won praise from all walks of life.
