摘  要:建立了基于Wiener过程的非线性多阶段退化模型并提出了剩余寿命预测方法,首先建立非线性退化模型,结合退化试验数据,通过Gibbs采样算法进行模型参数估计,使用Kalman滤波算法修正模型随机系数,预测速率陀螺仪的剩余寿命。通过与传统方法及试验结果进行比较,证明了该方法更为准确有效,对速率陀螺仪等导弹装备的剩余寿命预测具有借鉴意义。Due to few studies of nonlinear and multi-stage degradation in the prediction of residual life of missile equipment,a nonlinear multi-stage degradation model based on Wiener process was established and the residual life prediction method was proposed.Firstly,the nonlinear degradation model was established.Combined with the degradation test data,the model parameters were estimated by Gibbs sampling algorithm.Then the Kalman filtering algorithm was used to correct the model random coefficients.Finally,the residual life of the rate gyroscope was predicted by this method.Compared with the traditional methods and experimental results,the method is more accurate and effective,and it can be used for reference significance to the prediction of the residual life of missile equipment.
