预焙阳极配方焙烧块质量预测模型研究

摘　　要：论文在预焙阳极焙烧生产过程中的焙烧块质量预测分析领域,提出了预焙阳极焙烧块质量的预测模型和客观合理的焙烧块理化指标评分方法,并介绍了模型的设计原理。模型涉及的算法包括KMEANS算法、BP神经网络以及KNN算法。通过实验验证,该预测模型预测效果良好。This pager comes up with a prebaked anode baking block quality's predictive model in baking block quality analysis field which is under prebaked anode baking process prediction and a objective and reasonable method of scoring baking block quality.Besides it introduces the design principle of this model.The algorithms of this predictive model include KMEANS,BP Neural Network and KNN.Through experimental verification,the forecasting model is accurate and effective.
