摘　　要：随着改革开放的深入,大批懂经营、善管理的经济精英参与村庄治理,发挥示范、引领与带动作用,很多地方形成"富人治村"的乡村治理模式。本文采用多案例分析揭示经济精英参与影响乡村治理绩效的作用机制及条件。经济精英由政治、经济和社会动机驱使采取体制内或体制外参与方式影响乡村治理绩效,其效果依赖于主体素质、村民自治制度及信任关系等条件。本研究可以拓展精英参与村庄治理的理论研究,并为促进经济精英积极参与推进乡村治理现代化、实现有效治理提供有价值的参考。Under the strategy of rural revitalization,the modernization of rural governance would not be promoted without the important role of rural elites in China. With the deepening of reform and opening up,a large number of economic elites who know well about operating and management participate in village governance,play an increasingly important role of demonstration,leading and driving. Many places have formed the "rich people governing village"model. Researches have been accumulated on the effect of economic elites on rural social development,the generation,mechanism and effects of rich people governing village,etc. However,there is still a lack of systematic research on how economic elites participation affect rural governance performance. This paper uses multi-case study to reveal paths and contingency factors how economic elites participation impact on rural governance performance. It concludes that economic elites are motivated by political,economic and social motives to participate in rural governance either within or outside the regime system,and their effects depend on factors such as individual quality,villagers autonomy system and trust relationship. The research can benefit to expand the theoretical study of village governance by elites,and provide valuable reference for promoting economic elites to participate actively in the modernization of rural governance and achieving effective governance.
