摘 要:采用方便抽样的方法抽取云南省五所高职院校1 622名高职学生,采用张阔等人(2008)编制的《积极心理资本问卷》(PPQ)为测量工具,测查当前高职学生积极心理资本的现状。结果显示:1.高职院校学生的心理资本较好(4.77±0.77),心理资本各维度均分从高到低依次为:希望、乐观、韧性、自我效能感;2.男生的心理资本总均分显著高于女生(t=3.17,P<0.01);体育专业学生的心理资本得分显著高于其它专业的学生;大三学生心理资本得分显著高于大一、大二;担任学生干部的心理资本得分高于未担任学生干部的学生。据此,提出培养与提升高职院校学生心理资本的建议。Using the PositivePsychological Capital Questionnaire(PPQ)written by Zhang Kuo et al.(2008)as a measurement tool to investigate the current situation of psychological capital of 1 622 students in five colleges in Yunnan province,these students were selected by means of convenient sampling.The results show that:1.the psychological capital of students in higher vocational colleges is good(4.77±0.77),and the average scores of psychological capital from high to low are as follows:hope,optimism,resilience and self-efficacy;2.mens total average score of psychological capital is significantly higher than that of women s(t=3.17,P<0.01),and the psychological capital score of the sports major students is significantly higher than that of the other students,junior students psychological capital score is significantly higher than those of freshmen and sophomores,and the score of psychological capital of student leaders is higher than that of students who did not serve as student leaders.Therefore,this paper puts forward suggestions on how to cultivate and improvehigher vocational students psychological capital.
