摘　　要：开展“互联网+教师教育”创新改革,以Sakai开源在线协作和学习管理系统为支撑,构建“‘239’模式网络教学平台”。平台建设以“2M(Microteaching和Microlecture)”教学资源库建设子模块为基础,以“师范生、师范院校教师、中小学一线教师”三位共同体为主体,展开网络教学平台“准备模块、实践模块、评价模块”三个子模块的建设和应用,构建师范院校师范生教学技能培养的互动式、协同式、多元化教师教育网络环境。With the Sakai open source online collaboration and learning management system,the"Internet+Teacher Education"innovation and re?form are conducted,and the"‘239'mode online teaching platform"is developed.This platform is oriented towards“students in normal uni?versity,teachers in normal university,teachers in primary and secondary schools”.It is built upon the“2M(Microteaching and Microlec?ture)”teaching resource library,and consists of three sub-modules named preparation module,practice module and evaluation module,re?spectively.Therefore,this platform constructs an interactive,collaborative and diversified educational network environment for teaching skills training of normal students in normal universities.
