摘  要:围绕提高学生综合创新能力,以掺假较为严重的蜂蜜为对象,选用4种生活中常见的掺假模型,设计了掺假鉴伪综合实验,实验模型贴近生活,内容丰富,趣味性、可操作性强。学生需自行设计方案,鉴别出掺假样品和正常样品,并通过各种测试手段综合判断出掺假样品的具体类型,充分发挥学生的自主能动性,激发学习热情。实践证明,该综合实验设计合理,获得学生高度认可,学生参与度和积极性得到极大提高,同时学生食品安全意识得到加强,本设计项目值得进一步推广。To improve the students comprehensive innovate ability,in the case of honey with more serious adulteration,four common adulteration models in life were chosen,and the adulterated comprehensive experiment were designed.Experiment were close to life,rich in content,interesting and operable.Students are free to design scheme,identify the normal sample from the adulteration of sample,and judge the specific types from the adulterated sample by the various testing means.In this way,students individual initiative and enthusiasm for learning were aroused.Experimental results showed that the comprehensive experimental design is reasonable,and can greatly improve student participation and enthusiasm.Besides,students consciousness of food safety is strengthened.It is worthy of further promotion.
