摘  要:民族地区职业教育肩负着传承民族文化的重要使命,民族文化通过集体无意识、文化遗传“密码”的形式,潜移默化地融入少数民族人民的血脉中,是区分各民族的重要符号。职业教育传承民族文化的已有研究热点,主要涉及职业教育传承民族文化价值、职业教育传承民族文化存在问题、职业教育传承民族文化路径三方面。回顾已有研究成果,旨在建立与民族地区职业教育传承民族文化的相关知识图谱。通过问卷调查对中职学校和高职院校的民族文化教育实施情况进行了统计,进而提出从完善质量评估制度、健全经费投入机制、健全奖惩激励机制、优化民族文化课程体系、建立校内校外文化基地、拓宽民族文化师资来源六个方面,促进民族地区职业教育传承民族文化。Vocational education in ethnic areas shoulders the important mission of inheriting ethnic culture.Ethnic culture,in the form of collective unconsciousness and cultural inheritance“code”,subtly integrated into the blood of ethnic minorities,and is an important symbol to distinguish ethnic groups.Existing research focuses on the inheritance of ethnic culture in vocational education mainly involve three aspects:the inheritance of ethnic cultural value in vocational education,the problems existed in the inheritance of ethnic culture in vocational education,and the ways of the inheritance of ethnic culture in vocational education.Through reviewing the existing research results,this paper aims to establish a map of knowledge related to the inheritance of ethnic culture in vocational education in ethnic areas.Through a questionnaire survey,the statistics of the implementation of ethnic culture education in secondary vocational schools and higher vocational colleges were carried out,this paper proposes the following aspects:In order to promote the inheritance of ethnic culture through vocational education in ethnic areas,it is necessary to improve the quality evaluation system,improve the funding investment mechanism,optimize the reward and punishment incentive mechanism,enhance the ethnic culture curriculum system,establish the campus and off-campus cultural base,and broaden the source of ethnic culture teachers.
