摘  要:民办幼儿园是我国学前教育发展的生力军和重要组成部分。民办幼儿园教师对职业的认识和态度即他们的职业价值观,不仅影响到幼儿园教师质量和流动,而且影响幼儿的发展。本文通过对某城市民办幼儿园教师的职业价值观现状的调查,发现民办幼儿园教师在看待自己的职业时存在精神与物质、理想与现实的矛盾影响等等,以此提出了相应的对策。Private kindergartens are a new force and an important part in the development of preschool education in China.The professional perception and attitude of teachers in private kindergartens,namely their professional values,affect not only the quality and mobility of kindergarten teachers,but also the development of young children.Through the investigation of the current situation of the professional values of teachers in private kindergarten in a city,it is found that teachers in private kindergartens are influenced by the contradictions between spirit and material as well as ideal and reality when they consider their own profession.Therefore,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
