摘  要:为提高客车在极限工况下的侧向稳定性,建立了某客车的8-DOF整车动力学模型,采用Dugoff轮胎模型。以横向载荷转移率作为触发条件,设计了基于纵向力控制的综合控制器。当横向载荷转移率小于侧翻因子时,控制器计算出驱动力矩,对后轮进行差动驱动,以控制车辆侧滑;当横向载荷转移率大于侧翻因子时,计算出制动力矩,对前轮进行差动制动,控制车辆侧翻。通过对角阶跃试验和鱼钩试验进行仿真,结果表明:综合控制系统在车辆行驶过程中不仅具有良好的抗侧翻能力,而且提高了车辆的道路跟随能力。An 8-DOF vehicle dynamics model based on the Dugoff tire model was established to im?prove the lateral stability of a bus under extreme conditions.By taking the lateral load transfer rate as the trigger condition,a comprehensive controller based on longitudinal force control was designed.When the lateral load transfer rate was less than the rollover factor,the rear wheel was controlled by us?ing differential drive based on the calculated driving torque to avoid the vehicle side slip.When the lat?eral load transfer rate was greater than the rollover factor,the front wheel was controlled under the dif?ferential brake based on the calculated braking torque to avoid rollover.The simulation results of the an?gular step test and the fishhook test show that the integrated control system not only has good anti-roll?over ability,but also improves the vehicle’s tracking property.
