摘 要:为了有效规范教师职业行为,英国一直致力于教师职业行为规范的制定。在制定主体与制定程序上,英国遵循世界最先进的理念,从宏观和中观两种层次,采用行政计划式、指导服务式和监督服务式三种方式对教师职业行为规范加以制定。为了更好地将教师职业行为规范落到实处,英国又经过长期的政策实践探索,最终探索出了一整套行之有效的教师职业行为规范实施策略。研究英国教师职业行为规范的政策制定、政策内容、政策实施策略等方面的有益举措,将对我国教师职业行为规范的推进具有重要的指导意义。In order to effectively regulate the professional behavior of teachers,Britain has been committed to the formulation of norms of professional conduct of teachers. In the formulation of the subject and procedures,Britain is always following the world most advanced ideas,adopting the administrative planning,the guidance service and the supervision service to formulate the professional behavior norms of teachers from the macro-level and the medium-level. In order to put the professional behavior of teachers into practice,Britain has explored an effective strategy for the implementation of teachers professional behavior after a long-term exploration of policy practice. It is of great guiding significance to study the policy formulation,policy contents and policy implementation strategies of British teacher professional behavior norms in order to promote the teachers professional behavior norms in our country.
