摘 要:现有的轮对振动加速度对轴承载荷影响计算方法存在着计算效率与准确率低的缺陷,为了解决上述问题,提出轮对振动加速度对轴承载荷影响计算方法设计研究。根据车辆轴承的特性采用有限元方法对轴承有限元模型进行构建,以此为基础,对轴承载荷影响时域方程进行推出,以得到的轴承载荷影响方程为依据,就轮对振动加速度对轴承输入端与输出端的载荷影响进行计算,实现了车辆运行过程中轮对振动加速度对轴承载荷影响的计算。通过仿真对比实验得到,与现有的轮对振动加速度对轴承载荷影响计算方法相比较,提出的轮对振动加速度对轴承载荷影响计算方法极大的提升了计算效率与准确率,充分说明提出的轮对振动加速度对轴承载荷影响计算方法具备更优的计算性能。In order to solve the problems mentioned above,a new method for calculating the influence of wheel pair vibration acceleration on bearing load is proposed.According to the characteristics of vehicle bearings,the finite element model of bearings is constructed by using finite element method.On this basis,the time domain equation of bearing load influence is deduced.Based on the bearing load influence equation obtained,the influence of wheel pair vibration acceleration on the load at the input and output ends of bearings is calculated.The effect of wheel pair vibration acceleration on bearing load during vehicle operation is realized.The calculation of the effect of load.Compared with the existing methods for calculating the influence of wheel-set vibration acceleration on bearing load,the proposed method greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of calculation.It fully shows that the proposed method for calculating the influence of wheel-set vibration acceleration on bearing load has more computational performance.
