转型背景下茶学专业本科生“双导师制”培养模式的思考——以武夷学院为例

摘　　要：经济社会发展需要地方本科院校向应用技术型大学转型,培养应用型人才,“双导师制”是培养应用型人才的重要模式之一。以武夷学院茶学专业为例,分析了当前茶产业对人才的需求及茶学专业人才培养中存在的问题,阐述了实施“双导师制”的意义,并结合推行“双导师制”的优势,提出了在武夷学院茶学专业实施“双导师制”的设想,从人才培养方案与课程内容优化、组织管理、导师选聘、指导内容、考核评价、制度保障等方面给出“双导师制”实施的建议。The economic and social development needs the local universities to transit to applied universities and to cultivate applied talents,and dual mentor system is one of talent-cultivation modes.In this paper,current problems in present applied talents training were analyzed,the role and the advantage of applying dual mentor system to undergraduate students education were illustrated,and suggestions were given on applying dual mentor system to undergraduate students majoring in tea science specialty in Wuyi university from the aspects of management,mentor appointment,the content of instruction,evaluation,and guarantee system and so on.
