高职院校“双创”教育导师制团队式建设的可行性分析

摘　　要：师资队伍建设是创新创业教育中最重要的智力资源保障,而高职院校在创新创业教育师资队伍建设中存在总体力量薄弱,结构稳定性差,专业、科研和实践能力不强,教学成果不佳等诸多建设困境,以导师制团队式模式建设“师生共同体”或是一种可行的思路。通过明确顶层设计与团队建设目标,规范组织架构与团队运作,理顺创新创业和立德树人本质等方式,让导师制团队式建设在高职院校的创新创业教育中发挥作用。The construction of teaching staff is the most important guarantee of intellectual resources in the innovation and entrepreneurship education.However in higher vocational colleges,the problems of the teaching staff in the innovation and entrepreneurship education include its unstable structure,limited professional,research and practical ability,and poor academic achievements.A feasible way to deal with the problem is to build up a mentoring team which benefits both teachers and students.By the means of the top-level design and team goals setting,a standardized organization framework and smooth team operation,and the clarifying of the essence of the innovation and entrepreneurship education and of how to strengthen moral education and cultivate people,the mentoring team can be given full play in the innovation and entrepreneurship education.
