摘　　要：通识教育在高职教育中占有十分重要的地位,不仅有助于提高学生的人文修养、基本素质和职业能力,培养正确的人生观和价值观,同时也为学生更好地适应未来职业和就业环境的变化奠定良好的基础。通过研究高职工商企业管理专业通识课程的教学效果,找出教学设计和方法中存在的问题,从而有针对性提出改进方法和对策,以此为企业培养并输送基层管理优秀人才。General education plays an important role in higher vocational education,since it can help students develop their humane literacy and basic qualities,correct views of life and concepts of values,as well as better fundament for their future career and profession adaptabilities.In this paper,based on the research of the teaching effects of general education courses of Business Administration specialty in higher vocational colleges,the author locates problems in teaching design and teaching methods,and puts forward her suggestions,with an aim to provide employers with better management professionals.
