摘　　要：高职院校培养高素质高技能应用人才的关键在于实践教学,实践教学保障体系与高技能人才培养的质量直接相关。通过问卷及访谈发现高职院校实践教学质量体系现有机制存在的主要问题及原因,从机制创新的原则出发,丰富实践育人的内容和形式,优化实践教学组织与管理,强化实践师资配置与能力,完善实践教学监控与评价等几个方面进行机制创新,提升高职大学生实践技能水平。The key to training high quality and high skilled personnel in higher vocational colleges lies in practical teaching,and the guarantee system of practical teaching is directly related to the quality of education.Through questionnaires and interviews,main problems and their causes of the existing mechanism are found out and presented in this paper.Adhering to the principle of mechanism innovation,this paper proposes several ways to improve vocational college students'practical skills,such as enriching contents and forms,upgrading organization and management,refining teaching staff structure,strengthening teaching competence and perfecting control and evaluation of practical education.
