摘  要:研究乙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系提取黄秋葵中黄酮的最佳提取条件,通过单因素试验和响应面分析方法对黄酮的提取条件进行选择和优化。得到的最优结果:无水乙醇的体积分数为35%,提取时间为9.5 min,提取温度为40.5℃,在此条件下进行试验,得到黄酮的提取率为83.09%,实际测定值与预测值的相对误差为1.3%,表明该方法是可靠的。The optimum extraction conditions of flavonoids from okra by ethanol-ammonium sulfate aqueous two-phase system were studied.The flavonoids extraction conditions were selected and optimized through single factor experiment and response surface analysis method.The optimum results obtained were as follows:ethanol volume fraction 35%,extraction time 9.5 min,extraction temperature 40.5℃,and the extraction yeild of flavonoids was 83.09%.The relative error between actual value and predicted value was 1.3%,indicating that the parameter was reliable.
