摘  要:建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(ultra high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem massspectrometry,UHPLC-MS/MS)测定饮料中甜蜜素、糖精钠和安赛蜜的检测方法。饮料加水稀释涡旋,用N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)净化样品,经0.22μm微孔滤膜过滤后测定甜蜜素;用乙酸锌-亚铁氰化钾净化样品,经0.22μm微孔滤膜过滤后测定糖精钠和安赛蜜。甜蜜素和安赛蜜在5~200μg/L、糖精在20~200μg/L范围内线性关系良好,方法检出限(S/N=3)为0.2~10μg/kg,方法定量限(S/N=10)为0.6~30μg/kg,3种化合物在奶茶中加标回收率为78.9%~95.7%,果茶中加标回收率为80%~102%。方法操作简单,检出限低,重现性好,回收率良好,干扰小。A method for the determination of cyclamate,sodium saccharin and acesulfame in beverages by UHPLC-MS/MS was developed.The beverage was diluted with water and then vortexed.The sample was purified by N-propylethylenediamine(PSA),and filtered through a 0.22μm microporous membrane to measure the cyclamate.The sample was purified with zinc acetate-potassium ferrocyanide and passed through a 0.22μm micropore membrane to determine sodium saccharin and acesulfame.The linear relationship between cyclamate and acesulfame was in the range of 5~200μg/L,and cyclamate and saccharin was in the range of 20~200μg/L.The detection limit of the method(S/N=3)was 0.2~10μg/kg,the method limit of quantitation(S/N=10)was 0.6~30μg/kg,the recoveries of the three compounds in milk tea were 78.9%~95.7%,and the recoveries of fruit tea were 80%~102%.The method was simple to operate,low detection limit,good reproducibility and recovery rate,and little interference.
