摘 要:目的探索PBL教学法在西医院校中医学课程教学中的改革实践经验。方法对中医学部分课程采用PBL教学法进行授课,结课后对225名学生进行问卷调查,以了解学生对该模式的认可度及教学效果,分析和总结PBL教学法在西医院校中医学课程中的实践经验。结果学生认可PBL教学法在中医学教学中的应用,认为该法可以激发他们学习中医学的兴趣、提高学习中医学的主动性、提高医学学习能力和掌握难点内容的能力,但因课时数和师资力量的不足造成学生对教师的满意度不足,学生对PBL课堂上的教学重点内容的明确程度还有待提高。结论PBL教学法可以应用于西医院校中医学的授课中,并可以提升教学效果和教学质量,但还需要在实施过程中不断发现问题、分析问题、解决问题来加以完善。Objective To Explore the practical experience of PBL teaching method in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine in Western medical school.Methods The PBL teaching method was used to teach some courses of TCM.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 225 students after class to understand the students'recognition of the model and its teaching effect.The practical experience of PBL teaching method in TCM courses of Western medical school was analyzed and summarized.Results Students recognize the application of PBL teaching method in TCM teaching,and believe that this method can stimulate their interest in learning TCM,improve the initiative of learning TCM,improve their ability to learn medicine and master difficult content,but students are due to class hours and The lack of teacher satisfaction caused by the shortage of teachers and the clarity of the students'emphasis on the teaching content of the PBL class have yet to be improved.Conclusion The PBL teaching method can be applied to the teaching of Chinese medicine in Western medicine schools,and can improve the teaching effect and teaching quality,but it also needs to constantly find problems,analyze problems and solve problems in the implementation process to improve.
