摘 要:非线性关系是最常见的输入输出关系,为了实际应用的需要,常采用线性处理,即在一定应用范围内,在满足一定精度条件下将其用线性关系描述。讨论了非线性关系的类型及其影响,提出两种方法解决非线性关系。一种方法是串接一个非线性关系的反函数,合成后获得线性关系。另一种方法是承认其非线性关系,例如,低雷诺数时标准节流装置流出系数的非线性关系,根据其非线性关系确定其输出。随着数字技术的应用,采用非线性处理的两种方法都取得了很好的应用效果。Nonlinear relation is the most common input/output ones.In order to meet the needs of the practical application,the linear processing method is often used.It means that within a certain application range and under certain precision conditions,the nonlinear relationship can be described as a linear relationship.The types and effects of nonlinear relations were discussed in this paper,and two compensation methods were proposed to treat the nonlinear relations.One method is to concatenate the inverse function of a nonlinear relation so that the linear relation can be obtained after synthesis.Another one is to recognize its nonlinear relationship,for example,the nonlinear relationship of the flow coefficient for a standard orificing device at low Reynolds number will be used to determine its output flow rate.With the application of digital technology,both nonlinear processing methods have achieved good application results.
