摘  要:德国双元制在国际范围内享有盛誉,《实训教师资格条例》(AEVO)使企业实训教师水平得到充分保证,对双元制企业培训过程的顺利实施具有重要意义。AEVO的历史发展过程是实训教师职业发展和培训人员资格需求变化的具体体现。从历史发展的角度讨论德国企业实训教师队伍建设的经验与教训可发现:建立统一的实训教师资格标准,可以提高校企融合职业教育制度的运行效率;需要对企业的实际需求进行深入分析,以确定实训教师能力要求;要考虑企业发展水平和社会经济状况的影响,设定实训教师资格标准。German Dual-System enjoys a reputation all over the world, the"Ausbilder-Eignungsverordung(AEVO)", which thoroughly guaranteed the quality of the Ausbilder in enterprises, has significant meaning for the successfully execution of the enterprise training process. The development history of "Ausbilder-Eignungsverordung" is reflection on the career development of Ausbilder and the requirement of training personnel qualification. Through the analysis on the experience and lessons of German Ausbilder development from the history perspective, it is found that establishing a unified qualification standard for Ausbilder, could improve the operation efficiency of schoolenterprise cooperation vocational education system;however, it is necessary to analyze the actual needs of enterprises in order to determine the ability requirements of practical training teachers, and to consider the influence of the level of enterprise development as well as the social and economic conditions to set up the qualification standard for practical training teachers.
