摘 要:党的十九大报告提出,要“完善职业教育和培训体系,深化产教融合、校企合作”。其中,完善体系是制度设计,而完成这一制度设计任务的抓手,凝聚在深化产教融合、校企合作上。为响应国家号召,为适应用人单位对高素质技能型人才的需求,服务社会经济的转型升级,同时应对学校生源结构不断变化的现状,苏州托普信息职业技术学院开创了一条属于自己的特色之路--“三循环递进式工学交替”的人才培养模式之路。The report of the 19th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)proposes to"improve vocational education and training system,deepen integration of industry and education,and cooperation between schools and enterprises".Among them,the improvement of the system is the design,and to complete the task of the system design,concentrated in deepening the integration of industry and education,school—enterprise cooperation.In response to the national call,in order to meet the demands of employers for high-quality skilled personnel,to serve the transformation and upgrading of the social economy,and to cope with the changing status of the school's student source structure,Suzhou Top Institute of Information Technology has created a unique feature.Road-the road of the"three-cycle progressive engineering and learning"talent training model.
