生态德育视阈下高职诚信教育与企业诚信文化的耦合研究

摘　　要：在生态德育视域下,高职诚信教育与企业诚信文化是相互影响、交互耦合的关系。基于生态德育系统论,开发了高职诚信教育系统、企业诚信文化系统,这两个系统相互制约、相互完善,通过企业诚信文化与高校诚信教育的互动以及子系统内部的规则联系,将高职诚信教育系统、企业诚信文化系统耦合,在此基础上提出促进高职诚信教育与企业诚信文化的耦合研究,使高职诚信教育走向深层次。Under the perspective of ecological moral education,both high-level integrity education and corporate integrity culture are mutually influential and interactive.Based on the ecological moral education system theory,the high-level credit education system and the enterprise credit culture system have been developed.The two systems are mutually constrained and mutually perfected.Through the interaction between the corporate integrity culture and the integrity education of the university,the higher vocational education integrity system and the corporate integrity culture system are coupled.On this basis,the author proposes a coupling study to promote the integrity education of higher vocational education and the culture of corporate integrity,so that the integrity education of higher vocational education goes deeper.
