高职院校休闲体育专业发展现状与特征研究

摘　　要：以现阶段中国高职院校休闲体育专业设置、归属系部及就业方向为研究主体,分析休闲体育专业在高职院校中的发展与定位,得出如下结论:休闲体育专业人才供不应求;高职院校人才培养朝技术型人才与服务型人才方向发展;院校主要集中四川、福建、河北及广东等四省;攀岩教练、拓展培训师、青少年户外营地教练员、自行车运动指导师、电子竞技运动教练、马术骑乘师、滑雪教练、棋牌教练等岗位特色鲜明,市场辨识度高并归纳为四点启示。This article sets its research object onto the installation, attribution and job orientation of leisure sports specialty in Chinese higher vocational colleges in current stage, conducts objective analysis on it development and orientation and reaches to such conclusions that talents specialized in leisure sports are in short supply, that talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges is developing to such direction as technical talents combined with service talents, that vocational colleges mainly concentrate in four provinces, i.e. Sichuan, Fujian, Hebei and Guangdong, that such posts are characteristic and prominent, as rock climbing coaches, survival training coaches, trainers of juvenile camping, cycling instructors, e-sport coaches, equestrian teachers, skimeisters and chess & card instructors, and that the market differentiation degree is high.
