摘  要:文章从教学流程重构的角度分析了职业学校教师教学能力,提出了催生教师内生动力和学校层面提供助力两条提升教师教学能力的策略。实施途径可从学校层面规范流程实施标准化教学来提高教师的分析设计能力;教研室层面构建学习共同体,实施基于实操的学习来提高教师的组织与实施能力;教师个人层面加强学习与反思,在反思中提高教学创新能力。From the perspective of teaching process reconstruction,this paper analyzes the teaching ability of vocational school teachers,and puts forward two strategies to promote the teachers'teaching ability,that is,to promote the teachers'endogenous motivation and to provide assistance at the school level.The implementation way can improve the teachers'analysis and design ability by standardizing the process and implementing the standardized teaching at the school level,building the learning community at the teaching and research office level,improving the teachers'organization and implementation ability by implementing the learning based on practice,strengthening the learning and reflection at the personal level of teachers,and improving the teaching innovation ability in the reflection.
