摘  要:提高地方本科高校教学质量的难点是课程教学。而课程教学的关键是教师,将校企“双师协同”教学深度融合,协同创新培养机制,从以往传统以教师为主的灌输教学向以学生为主的引导教学转变,充分调动学校、企业、教师、学生创新的积极性,有利于专兼职教师之间形成合力,产生协同效应,提高课程教学质量。构建“双师协同”教学模式,加强校企合作,优化人才培养方案和大纲设计,协同授课,协同评价,协同指导就业,变革相应的教学管理制度等。The difficulty in improving the teaching quality of local university is curriculum teaching.The key to curriculum teaching is the teacher."Double-teacher collaboration"teaching is deeply integrated and innovated training mechanism,it changes from the traditional teacher-based infusion teaching to the student-oriented teaching.It fully mobilizes the initiative of innovation among university,enterprise,teacher and student to conduce the formation of joint forces of full-time and part-time teachers,produce synergistic effect and improve teaching quality.Constructing the teaching mode of"double-teacher collaboration"is to strengthen the cooperation between the university and enterprise,optimize talent training program and outline design.The teachers coordinate teaching,collaborate evaluation,collaboratively guide employment.It reforms the corresponding teaching management system.
