摘 要:目的 分析抛锚式教学在心血管内科临床实习带教中的应用价值,为临床带教提供理论参考.方法 2018年1月—2019年9月在桂林医学院附属医院心血管内科实习的临床专业480名本科生随机分为新型组(225人)和传统组(255人).新型组采取抛锚式教学方法,传统组采用传统教学方法,比较两组的考核成绩和学生对教学方法的评价.结果 教学前,两组理论成绩、操作成绩和总成绩相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后,两组理论成绩、操作成绩和总成绩均较教学前提高,且新型组均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).新型组学生认为所采取的教学方法激发了学习兴趣、增强了自主能力、提高了表达能力、培养了团队意识、树立了批判性思维等占比分别为94.22%、93.33%、92.44%、95.11%、90.67%,传统组学生认为所采取的教学方法激发了学习兴趣、增强了自主能力、提高了表达能力、培养了团队意识、树立了批判性思维等占比分别为85.49%、81.96%、78.82%、82.35%、81.96%,新型组均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 抛锚式教学方法应用在心血管内科的临床实习带教中效果明显,有利于学生综合素质和能力的提升.Objective To analyze the application value of anchored teaching in clinical practice teaching of cardiovascular medicine,and provide theoretical reference for clinical teaching.Methods From January 2018 to September 2019,480 clinical undergraduates who practiced in cardiovascular medicine in affiliated hospital of guilin medical college were randomly divided into the new group(225 person)and the traditional group(255 person).The new group adopted anchoring teaching method and the traditional group adopted traditional teaching method.Results Before the teaching,the theoretical,operational and total scores of the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).After the teaching,the theoretical scores,operational scores and total scores of the two groups were improved compared with the pre-teaching,and the new type The group was higher than the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The new group of students believe that the teaching methods used have stimulated interest in learning,enhanced autonomy,improved expression,cultivated team awareness,and established critical thinking,accounting for 94.22%,93.33%,92.44%,95.11%and 90.67%,respectively.the traditional group of students believe that the teaching methods have stimulated interest in learning,enhanced their autonomy,improved their ability to express,cultivated team awareness,and established critical thinking,accounting for 85.49%,81.96%,78.82%,82.35%and 81.96%respectively.The new group was higher than the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the anchored teaching method in the clinical practice teaching of cardiovascular medicine is effective,which is conducive to the improvement of students'comprehensive quality and ability,and it is worth promoting.
