摘 要:目的研究PDCA循环教学法在八年制临床医学生神经外科实习带教中的有效性,为提高神经外科临床实习带教效果提供参考依据。方法选取在神经外科轮转实习的50名八年制临床医学生,将其分成两组:实验组采用PDCA循环教学模式进行实习带教,对照组采用传统教学模式进行带教,实习期结束后采用问卷评分,理论测试和实践技能测试的方法量化实习效果,统计并对比分析临床实习的教学效果和质量。结果PDCA循环教学法不影响八年制临床实习学生的理论知识掌握,实验组的临床实践能力(P<0.01)和教学质量反馈(P<0.05)均明显优于对照组。结论PDCA循环教学法在八年制医学生神经外科实习带教中可有效提高学生的临床实践能力,改善实习带教老师的教学质量。Objective To investigate the efficiency of plan-do-check-act(PDCA)-cycle teaching method in clinical practice of neurosurgery for eight-year-program medical students and to provide reference for improving clinical practice teaching.Methods A total of fifty students were included and randomly divided into control and PDCA groups,25 students for each group.The control group was treated with traditional teaching mode while PDCA group underwent four-step cycle.Questionnaires and tests were used for quantifying the quality of learning and teaching.Comparison of teaching efficiency and quality was made between two groups.Results PDCA group showed significantly improved ability of medical practice(P<0.01)and better teaching feedback(P<0.05)than that of control group.Conclusion PDCA-cycle teaching method is beneficial for improving the ability of medical practice in neurosurgery for eight-year-program medical students.Besides,PDCA-cycle teaching method is conducive to enhancing the quality of medical teaching for teachers.
