中美高校本科教育的比较和思考

摘　　要：教育是民族振兴、社会进步的重要基石,在新时代背景下进一步提高我国高等教育质量和水平,为中国特色社会主义现代化建设提供可靠的人才保障和智力支撑,对于实现中华民族伟大复兴的宏伟目标具有举足轻重的决定性作用。美国是世界头号科技强国,分析研究其高等教育特征对于提升我国高等教育质量、促进我国高等教育改革具有重要的借鉴意义。文章通过对比中美高校在本科教育理念与培养目标、课程考核与教学模式以及学生投入程度等多方面的异同,思考我国本科教育的进步空间,为新时代背景下我国高等院校本科教育的改革方向提供思路。Education is an important cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress.Under the background of the new era,to further improve the quality and level of China’s higher education and to provide reliable talent guarantee and intellectual support have a decisive role on the socialist modernization of our country and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This paper compares the similarities and differences of the undergraduate education between China and USA universities in respects of educational concepts and objectives,course assessment and teaching mode,and the student involvement level.The progressive space and the reform orientation of China undergraduate education under the background of the new era were considered and proposed.
