摘 要:人力资源管理实务、劳动关系管理和社会保障三个部分组成了企业人力资源管理完整的工作范围。劳动争议处理是企业人力资源管理日常工作中不可或缺的主要内容。企业对人力资源管理与劳动争议处理兼长的专业毕业生需求非常强。为了培养综合性人力资源管理应用型人才,本研究设计并开设以劳动争议为主线的跨专业综合实验课。实验课结构以库伯体验学习理论为基础。课程结束后,并采用主题分析法对教学效果进行分析,评估学生在实验课各阶段的学习效果。Human resource management practice,labor relations management and social security constitute the complete work scope of human resource management in enterprises.Labor dispute settlement is an indispensable part of the daily work of human resource management in enterprises.Enterprises have a strong demand for graduates who have both long experience in human resources management and labor dispute settlement.In order to cultivate applied talents of comprehensive human resources management,this study designed and set up a comprehensive cross-professional experimental course with labor disputes as the main line.The experimental course structure is based on Cooper’s experiential learning theory.At the end of the course,thematic analysis method is used to analyze the teaching effect and evaluate the learning effect of students at all stages of the experimental course.
