摘　　要：就膳食纤维对健康的作用,膳食纤维饮品及其乳饮品的制作工艺和产品功能,国内外研究现状三方面进行综述。根据国内外的研究动态,对中国市场上膳食纤维乳饮品的前景做出展望。The effects of dietary fiber on health,the technology and function of both dietary fiber beverage and its milk products and the research processions of domestic and overseas were summarized.According to the domestic and foreign research trends,make reasonable prospection of the potential opportunity of dietary fiber milk beverage developing in the Chinese market.
