摘 要:如何认识现代教学,是大学教师能否上出金课的关键所在。该文试图从课堂教学观出发,针对目前大学教学存在的七大纰谬,以多维度视角作为研究基础,为大学教师提供分析教学的思考框架和卓越教学的价值判断基准。使用"度"的概念,提出大学金课所具有的七大特征,主要包括教学的难度、教学的深度、教学的广度、教学的高度、教学的强度、教学的精度以及教学的温度。对大学有效教学的评价,具有极强的复杂性、模糊性和不确定性,决定大学教学效果的因素也具有不稳定性。因此,作为教学主体的大学教师的思想境界、学术涵养、教学理念以及教学学术水平是创建金课的决定因素。How to understand modern teaching is the key to whether university teachers can be competent for modern teaching work, and also the core premise of whether they can take the "golden lesson". The lack of scientific teaching concept of university teachers is one of the important reasons for the emergence of "water course" in University classroom. To investigate human teaching behavior, we must conduct a holistic analysis from multiple dimensions. Creating a scientific outlook on classroom teaching can help university teachers to understand the golden lesson from the basic concept of teaching. In view of the seven fallacies existing in university teaching at present, this paper puts forward the concept of classroom teaching that university teachers should establish in the new era, and then puts forward the seven characteristics of University golden course. It provides a theoretical framework for university teachers to discuss modern teaching activities.
