摘 要:利用自编的《本科生宿舍同伴关系问卷》对某高校教育学专业本科生同伴关系水平进行测量并展开异质性分析,获得如下主要发现:(1)与友谊质量相比,本科生同伴接纳水平相对较低;(2)男生、乡村学生、独生子女、非党员学生同伴关系某些维度得分相对较低,大三学生“陪伴与娱乐”得分显著高于大二和大四学生;(3)本科生同伴关系某些维度在城乡与性别,中共党员身份与年级、性别的交互效应上存在不同程度的差异;(4)男生宿舍同伴关系类型多集中在闲适型,健康型占比远低于女生,紧张型占比则高于女生,城市、非独生子女、中共党员、大三学生的健康型占比相对较大。由此,提出如下3点建议:首先,高校管理者和教师需要明确构建“健康型”宿舍同伴关系的重要意义,引导本科生构建“健康型”宿舍同伴关系;其次,需要关注宿舍同伴关系水平相对较低的“弱势群体”,发挥党员的榜样力量,提高党员学生关心与帮助同伴的水平;最后,需要警惕本科生舍友间的不良竞争,引导本科生学会欣赏同伴。The self-edited“Peer Relationship Questionnaire in Dormitories among the Undergraduates”was used to measure the peer relationship in dormitories of undergraduates majoring in pedagogy in one university and to analyze the heterogeneity of undergraduates*peer relationships.The following main findings were obtained:(1)compared with friendship quality,the undergraduates'peer acceptance level is relatively low;(2)the scores of some dimensions of peer relationship among the boys,rural students,the only children,non-Party students are relatively low,and the scores of“companionship and entertainment”of junior students are significantly higher than those of sophomores and seniors;(3)there aredifferences in some dimensions of undergraduates'peer relationship between the urban and rural areas and gender,and the interaction effects of CPC membership with grade and gender;(4)most of the relationship types in the male dormitory peers are the leisure type,and the proportion of healthy type is much lower than that of female students,while the proportion of tense type is higher than that of female students,and the proportion of healthy type of city,non-only child,CPC member and junior students is relatively larger.Therefore,the following three suggestions were put forward:firstly,the university managers and teachers need to clarify the significance of building a“healthy”dormitory peer relationship and guide the undergraduates to build a“healthy”dormitory peer relationship;secondly,the attention should be put to the“disadvantaged groups”with relatively low level of dormitory peer relationship and the role model of Party members should be given full play.Finally,be vigilant against the unhealthy competition among undergraduate roommates and guide undergraduates to learn to appreciate their peers.
