摘  要:目的探讨基于微信平台的问题-讨论-指导(PDG)教学法联合微格教学法在肩袖修补术临床带教中的应用效果。方法采取便利抽样法抽取广州某高校2017级本科实习护生62例为研究对象,根据入科先后顺序分为研究组(n=31)和对照组(n=31)。对照组采用传统教学法开展临床带教,研究组采用基于微信平台的PDG教学法联合微格教学法。对比2组护生出科理论与实践考试成绩,调查护生对教学效果的评价及学习积极主动性。结果研究组出科理论与实践考试成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护生对教学效果和学习积极主动性评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在肩袖修补术临床带教中采用基于微信的PDG教学法联合微格教学法,有利于提高护生的理论及操作考试成绩,提高带教效率及护生学习主动性,值得临床借鉴。Objective To explore the effect of WeChat-based problem-discussion-guidance(PDG)teaching method combined with micro-teaching method in rotator cuff tears under arthroscopy.Methods By convenient sampling,62 nursing students of Grades 2017 were involved in the study,31 students were included as control group with traditional teaching methods and 31 students as observation group with WeChat-based PDG combined with micro-teaching methods.The Results of the theoretical and operational examinations were compared,and nursing students’opinion on teaching quality and the learning initiative were investigated.Results Scores of theoretical and practical in the observation group were betterthan those of control group(P<0.05).The total score of evaluation on learning initiative and teaching quality in the observation group were higherthan that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The WeChat-based PDG teaching method combined with micro-teaching method could improve theory knowledge and operating skills of nursing students.The combined teaching method is effective to enhance the learning initiative of students and teaching quality of courses.
