百合的营养成分及保健功能

摘　　要：百合含有多种营养成分及总磷脂、多糖、粗纤维、酚类、秋水仙碱、挥发油、皂苷等多种对人体有益的活性成分。百合具有抗癌、抗氧化、抗衰老、免疫调节、降血糖、止咳祛痰平喘、抗过敏等保健功能。百合多糖通过提高宿主免疫功能,可对肿瘤细胞呈毒作用,从而抑制杀死肿瘤细胞。秋水仙碱等成分可治疗乳腺癌、皮肤癌、白血病、何杰金氏病等疾病。百合多糖可以提高血液SOD、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及谷胱甘肽酶活性,抑制由H2O2所诱导的血细胞氧化及红细胞膜脂质过氧化作用。百合多糖通过影响T淋巴细胞、B细胞、巨噬细胞、自然杀伤细胞,并依靠补体功能,起到免疫调节作用。百合多糖能够修复胰岛细胞、增强胰岛素分泌功能并降低肾上腺皮质激素分泌,具有促进肝脏中血糖转化为糖元的联合作用,从而降低血糖,对治疗糖尿病有显著效果。百合可以通过增加气管分泌起到祛痰作用,并可以对抗组胺引起的哮喘。Lilium L contains a variety of nutrients, including total phospholipids, polysaccharides, crude fibers, phenols, colchicine, volatile oil, saponins and other active ingredients which are beneficial to human body. Lilium L has the functions of anti-cancer, anti-oxidation, anti-aging, immune regulation, hypoglycemia, cough-relieving, phlegm-relieving and asthma-relieving, anti-allergy and other health care functions. Lilium L polysaccharides can be toxic to tumor cells by improving host immune function, thus inhibiting the killing of tumor cells. Colchicine and other components can treat breast cancer, skin cancer and white, blood disease, Hodgkin’s disease and other diseases. Lilium L polysaccharide can increase SOD, catalase (CAT) and glutathione activity in blood, and inhibit the oxidation of blood cells and lipid peroxidation of erythrocyte membrane induced by H2O2. Lilium L polysaccharides play an immunoregulatory role by affecting T lymphocyte, B cell, macrophage and natural killer cell, and relying on complement function. Lilium L polysaccharides can repair islet cells, enhance insulin secretion function and reduce adrenocortical hormone secretion. Lilium L polysaccharides can promote the conversion of blood sugar into glycogen in the liver, thus reducing blood sugar, which has a significant effect on the treatment of diabetes mellitus. Lilium L can expectorate phlegm by increasing tracheal secretion and can fight histamine-induced asthma.
