摘　　要：体育课程改革进程中,传统的体育教育范式已经不能满足体育教育要求。运用自组织理论从微观层面解读体育教学系统演变动力机制,提出推动体育教学系统自组织演化策略:建立应对环境变化自我调节机制,增强体育教学系统开放性;凸显教师主导价值,引导体育教学系统远离平衡态;建立良好协同与竞争机制,保障体育教学系统发展动力;寻找和甄别"序参量",引导系统向高层次演化发展。With the constant change of research paradigm, this paper uses self-organization theory to interpret the dynamic mechanism of the evolution of physical education teaching system from the micro level, and puts forward some strategies to promote the self-organization evolution of physical education teaching system: establishing self-regulation mechanism to cope with environmental changes, enhancing the openness of physical education teaching system;highlighting the dominant value of teachers, guiding the physical education teaching system away from equilibrium;establishing good coordination and competition;The mechanism guarantees the motive force of the development of the physical education teaching system, seeks and screens the "parameter order" and guides the system to evolve to a higher level.
